Return Policy Overview

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • In the same condition as received

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our intimate quality standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bodysuits (due to their intimate nature and close-fitting design)
  • Bikinis (for hygiene reasons)
  • Bondage & Peekaboo Bras (specialty intimate apparel)
  • Any items marked as final sale

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return or Exchange

Within 15 days of receiving your order, please contact our customer care team at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Preferred resolution (refund/exchange)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, our customer care team will email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed return instructions.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please include in your return package:

  • Item(s) in original condition with tags
  • Original packaging
  • Copy of order confirmation or packing slip
  • Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the package

Refund Information

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • PayPal Payments: Refunds processed to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping costs for your new item.
